You're looking for Annette's Fee Schedule aren't you? Here you go. Annette's fee is $165/hour. Effective January 2, 2020 Annette's fee will be $170/hour. Psychotherapy and Psychological Counselling services are often included in extended health care plans or by third-party insurance providers. Check your plan for "Registered Psychotherapist" and/or "Supervised Psychological Practice" coverage amounts. It is wise to confirm coverage before booking an appointment. If you need additional information regarding insurance coverage, give Annette a call at 905.520.5859.
- If you have extended health benefits with your employer, payment is due (via cash, eTransfer* or Credit Card) when service is rendered. You can submit your health insurance claim following your appointment.
- If you are enrolled in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you're already covered. No worries and no payment is due at the end of your session.
- If you don't have extended health benefits of any type, Annette will slide her fee down to $130/hour. Effective January 2, 2020 Annette's fee will be $135/hour. Payment is due (via cash or eTransfer*) when service is rendered.
*eTransfer: Payment can be set up prior to your appointment. At the conclusion of your time with Annette, she will accept your eTransfer. Now isn't that easy?
Now about Annette's Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy. Annette is upfront about it - and here's why. Annette is committed to providing clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, or doesn't show up for their scheduled appointment, they prevent another client from being seen. That's why Annette asks for 24 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. If prior notification isn't given, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment time. Call Annette at 905.520.5859 if you need to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
Once you find a suitable appointment time, you'll receive a confirmation email with a bit more information including Annette's address, instructions for when you arrive, and little reminders about cancelling or scheduling appointments and payment terms. You'll also receive a reminder email 48 hours in advance. Annette works hard to be super organized so you can make the most of your time with her.
